RJ Shankar, his wife Kavita, a newsreader in a channel, and their son find their lives upturned when Shankar faces a tragic event in his life. The story revolves around the family and their doctor Sulakshna. RJ Shankar’s popularity comes not only from the fact that he is good at his job, but also for his good deeds, causing some heartburn among colleagues at his station. And suddenly RJ Shankar loses his most valuable asset – his voice – because of his chain-smoking, and doctors rule out his chance of speaking again.
